Redefining the Cross-Experience to
Empower Users
No doubt, everyone has shopped for laptops both online and offline, and have looked for accessories that go along with their laptop purchase. Cross-sell, in this context, is a way for Dell.com to help its consumers find the right accessories to go with their laptop purchase, catering to their needs accordingly. I was the product designer for this section.

Cloud-Based Dashboard for
Printing Metrics:
A cloud-based dashboard solution tailored for printing enterprises (corrugated, display graphics, and wide format). The solution enables efficient tracking of productivity across multiple printers, comparisons, analyzes performance metrics, and plan maintenance planning.
In this project, as a consultant I played a key role in gathering requirements, engaging with the technical team to gain insights into printer functionalities, conceptualizing the solution, and creating prototypes."
Escape rooms Website design & development
An Escape room is an interactive entertainment where your team enters into a fully immersive, themed adventure and seeks to solve a series of puzzles and clues before time runs out.
I played a pivotal role in the comprehensive redesign of the entire website, focusing on user experiences. Usability concerns and competitive analysis, I crafted engaging interaction design, visual design, and motion design. I implemented the website development using the Wix platform."
